| Items not included in cabin include bed linens, (one full size bed, two twin beds, and one full size pull out bed), towels & washcloths, bath items, and cleaning liquids. You must be 21 years of age to rent any of the Cabins. NO PETS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE CABINS !!!!! IN CASE OF CANCELLATION WE MUST BE NOTIFIED SEVEN (7) DAYS IN ADVANCE. |
Cabin reservations require payment of the first night and a $2.00 non-refundable handling fee at time of reservation. Security deposit and balance of stay is due upon arrival. Security deposit will be mailed to your address on file. If it is returned to us as undeliverable it will be forfeited after 60 days. Also, any refunds that are not cashed or negotiated within 6 months will be forfeited. |
| ALL STAYS require a two (2) nights rental. Holidays in season require three (3) nights rental. Holidays out of season require a minimum of two (2) nights rental. Holiday reservations require payment IN FULL at time of reservation, excluding damage deposit, which will be paid upon arrival. |

| Scales Lake Park offers four, two bedroom cabins, one of which is handicap accessible. All cabins include full bathrooms, electric heat, air conditioning, smoke alarms, coin operated washer and dryer, toaster, coffee pot, basic cups, glasses, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and a charcoal grill outside. |
